Warranty

At Outdoor Innovations USA, our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction by delivering top-tier products of the utmost quality. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive 1-year warranty, covering all manufacturer-related defects across our entire product range.

All Outdoor Innovations USA E-FISH-N-SEE products come with a 1 year limited warranty that protects against manufacturers related defects. Defective products are required to be sent back to Outdoor Innovations USA to determine warranty status. If it is determined that the product is defective due to no fault of the customer, shipping will be refunded, and a replacement product will be sent out to the customer. Please contact us if there are any questions on the warranty policy.

Electrical shorting due to water damage caused by fault of the user are not covered under warranty. Broken lenses due to impact or the fault of the user are not covered under warranty. Electrical shorting/Overheating due to adhesives or tint being applied to the lenses is not covered under warranty.

E-FISH-N-SEE Care & Cleaning Instructions

Proper care and cleaning of your E-FISH-N-SEE lights is important to keeping them looking their best, optimal performance, and maintaining the longevity of the product.

Use a non-solvent based cleaner, such as Simple Green. Spray gentle cleaning solution onto light lens or controller. Let the product sit for several minutes OUT OF THE DIRECT sunlight. After letting the product penetrate, wipe cleaning solution away with a terry cloth. Give the lens a final wipe down with Windex and a microfiber towel for a streak free shine.
